So I tried installing it on my new laptop with windows 7 and it comes up with an error saying it's missing a file called FSUTIL.dll so it won't install completely. And when it gets stuck, the only way for me to end it is to push the power button on the laptop and shut it down that way. I tried reinstalling 8.1 to make sure it would go in the x86 file and it was installing there but still won't install. It keeps saying it's missing the FSUTIL.dll file. I posted a message on the seiki forum since this is a seiki edition of Flexistarter (I don't know if it would be different than the regular version or not) and they said they thought something was wrong with my system.
